Li-Ing (A.K.A. Lynne) is the author and designer of the Sacred Jewel Within series of online courses
, e-books, programs, and services dedicated to your personal growth and transformation. Her name, Li-Ing (pronounced “Lee Ing”) means “beautiful shining jade” in her native language.

Li-Ing is compassionate and philosophical in nature. She has an innate enthusiasm to understand and pursue the esoteric and humanitarian aspects of life. Born and raised in Taiwan (A.K.A. Formosa), she is well versed in the rich Buddhism & Taoism heritage, while being open-minded to different philosophical, mental health modalities, and spiritual teachings around the world.

Coming from a large family clan and growing up amid difficult family dynamics, Li-Ing began questioning life’s truths, purpose, and meaning from a young age. The stifling, authoritarian school system and the male-dominant, over-pleasing, and over-obedient culture she was raised in laid the foundation for her deep quest to understand and transcend life’s limitations. Driven by a heartfelt desire to uncover esoteric, transformative truths and bring joy to humanity, she journeyed west to the U.S.A. earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology in Hawaii and a master’s degree in professional psychology in Colorado to serve and empower others.

As a former mental health professional, Li-Ing has accumulated 25 years of clinical insights and professional skills to help tens of thousands of clients with great success to transform their:

  • Personal crisis
  • Lingering emotional wounds
  • Repeated subconscious self-sabotage patterns
  • Limiting Core beliefs
  • Struggles with authenticity, purpose, and meaning

On the personal level, as a peaceful warrior, Li-Ing survived and triumphed through many of life’s challenges including:

  • An authority-driven, male-dominated upbringing rooted in obedience
  • A deeply troubled childhood marked by wounds of self doubt and alienation
  • Relocating 18 times in just 5 years while studying alone in a foreign country
  • Enduring heartbreak through three painful relationships involving betrayal
  • Facing four legal injustices that tested her resilience and integrity
  • Navigating three near-bankrupt conditions with courage and faith

Through these adversities, Li-Ing cultivated her strength, tenacity, and transformative wisdom, choosing again and again to “turn poison into medicine” and “lemons into lemonade.” Her journey is a testament to the power of the human spirit to rise, transform, and serve with compassion.

Li-ing is now retired from psychological practice and no longer offer therapy. In her current role as an holistic coach, she offers self-help online courses, products, and services. She weaves hard-earned life wisdom, professional expertise, training in complementary therapy, and a deep love for humanity to empower those who are seeking to self actualise on a soul level. The result is a series of simple yet powerful journeys designed to support your personal transformation and development.

Guided by her heart and soul’s deepest calling, Li-Ing has embraced her role as a holistic mindset coach, dedicated to creating pathways toward growth, meaning, purpose, passion, joy, and fulfillment. Her deepest wish is to grow and glow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually alongside those she serves.

Artist

Li-Ing’s innate artistic potential was awakened during the depths of grief following her father’s sudden passing in early adulthood. One day, while returning from the local market, she and her sister, Beautiful Shine of Jade, experienced a moment of profound synchronicity: both were simultaneously and inexplicably drawn to the same bunch of yellow roses in a florist’s shop. Compelled to paint them without speaking, they later discovered they had shared the same creative impulse. That sacred moment marked the beginning of Li-Ing’s journey into art, expressed through a growing series of paintings and sketches over time.

Following that initiation, Li-Ing had a vivid dream in May 1997. In it, she saw herself as a tall, blond-haired male artist in his early 40s, living in a small northern Italian beachfront village during the mid-18th century. In the dream, she was shown hundreds of paintings each around 100cm x 100cm beautifully rendered in harmonious pastel tones. The images were childlike and free-flowing, capturing scenes of village life, mountains, rivers, trees, flowers, insects, clouds, and small animals, all infused with a mystical, fairy-tale-like quality. Li-Ing was deeply moved by the beauty of the artworks and wondered who had created them. To her amazement, the villagers around her revealed that she, as the blond-haired male artist, was the one who had painted them all. The revelation filled her with awe and a sense of soul-deep recognition.

Li-Ing intuits that her awakened artistic talents in this life are a continuation of the gifts she carried in that past existence. Whether that lifetime was a real incarnation or a creation of the imagination, she feels called to share the love, beauty, harmony, and divinity she perceives in life, through the digital prints of her paintings and sketches. In doing so, she honors the wish left unfulfilled by the male artist in Italy: to offer his art as a gift to the world.
